He goes above and beyond in service to the families of his students.
He has never worked less than a 50-hour week.
He pushes his team to evaluate their practice and adds to the levity of the school climate with his e-mails and his dry sense of humor.
He is a wonderful advocate for kids, and meets families where they are.
He is a patient and caring teacher and the kids love when he's around.
His dedication is obvious in his follow-through even after children graduate
He embodies the phrase "no job too big, no job too small."
